It seems fitting that Issue 2 comes to life on Easter, the first Sunday after the first full moon after the Spring Equinox. So much seasonal change is represented here, so much opportunity for meditation on faith and optimism and the future: buds forming on trees after a long winter dormancy; green shoots coming up underfoot; birdsong earlier in the morning; light stretching later and later in the day. With this issue, we aim to cultivate space for those meditations, to create an inviting space in which we can contemplate together desire and longing, fear and guilt, joy and beauty, shadow and light.

We were overwhelmed by the incredible response we received to Issue 1, and by the excellence of the submissions we received for Issue 2. You, friends, have made this labor of love a pleasure to undertake. We hope you enjoy this selection of work as much as we do.
